While Encore products are available at dispensaries throughout the United States, we maintain strict standards to ensure every order meets customer expectations.

We offer a 15-day return and refund policy beginning from the date your order is successfully delivered. Due to the nature of our products, returns, refunds, or exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any other reasons, including changes of mind or personal product preferences.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may qualify for a full replacement or refund. To initiate the process, please contact our support team at Sales@officialencorechocolateedibles.com  within 15 days of delivery. Kindly include your order details along with clear photos or videos showing the issue to help us review your request efficiently.

Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions for returning the item. All approved products must be returned in their original packaging. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will promptly process your replacement or refund. We strongly encourage customers to inspect all orders immediately upon delivery.
